The current project outlined in the SiteOne Landscaping RFP is similar in scope, revenue and timing cadence to projects we’ve done for many clients as they are needing to better understand the Hispanic customer and how to best market for growth; ranging from The Home Depot to Valvoline, to Carnival Cruise Lines to Coronado Brewing Co./SouthNorte. We’ve begun these relationships with similar projects in size and scope over the years, and for many evolved to helping those clients to bring the strategic plans to market.
For our existing client roster we develop the marketing strategy plans; ranging from in depth business and strategic planning for clients newly targeting Hispanics (TurboTax and Chick-fil-A) - developing the go-to-market plans to creative execution. To the on-going yearly planning to communications execution for those that we have helped realize growth with Hispanics and need to continue the momentum (Comcast, California Milk Processor Board, Cacique, etc).
As you can see we don’t put our clients into buckets by revenue, but where we need to begin the engagement.
