The agency fee for the scope of services outlined in your RFP is based on deliverables listed and our initial thinking about the approach of the project. This will be a flat fee and is exclusive to delivering the strategic and creative services within the designated time period outlined for some account management oversight post project.
Development of 3-4 key messaging platforms for testing. Selected messaging platform will be refined and creative guidelines will be developed to provide SiteOne a creative playbook. 2021 Go-to-Market plan; including media selection, messaging and creative playbook.
Research to include in-depth interviews with 8 – 12 Hispanic landscape customers and prospects. Transactional data analysis and key messaging research; including a second wave of in-depth interviews.
