Proposed Project Team

At GALLEGOS United we structure each team to best assist each individual client by having a core team leading the business. The core team consists of a business lead (account management), plus strategy and creative leads. They work together to determine which resources are needed for the project and throughout the year based on client needs. This ensures the most cost-efficient model that delivers results. Because we are independent and built from an entrepreneurial spirit at our core, our Chief Executives are close to all clients' businesses; attending key meetings and providing key business input without direct costs to our clients.

The structure below takes into account the deliverables in your RFP, along with our Core Team model to ensure you have the right team in place to deliver growth in years to come.


Account Management

The account management team will work directly with the SiteOne team to ensure timely delivery of the strategic initiative, testing assets and the 2021 go-to-market plan. Account management responsibilities include:

  • Act as main point of contact for the SiteOne team on a day-to-day basis
  • Facilitate weekly meetings
  • Deliver assets for client review / approvals
  • Oversee strategy and creative teams to ensure on-time delivery 
  • Manage relationships with agency partners and internal client departments to ensure synergy of efforts
  • Maintain status of all deliverables in a shared client status report 
  • Deliver insights tied to the category to build robust 2021 business plan

Strategy & Engagement Team

The strategy & engagement team will provide strategic counsel and assist in developing the yearly business plan to deliver against success metrics. Strategy team responsibilities include:

  • Strategic and creative brief development
  • Consumer engagement planning
  • Research oversight

The Chief Strategy & Engagement Officer will oversee the team internally and work closely with the client and all agency partners during this project. The day-to-day relationship will be run by the Head of Strategy & Engagement.

Creative Team

The creative team will strive to bring the SiteOne brand to life in an innovative and impactful way to meet overall objectives. Creative team responsibilities include:

  • Develop 3 messaging platforms (for testing) to resonate with the core Hispanic consumer
  • Development of creative guidelines (including select media concepts) based on selected message platform

The Chief Creative Officer will oversee the team internally, but overall creative vision will be led by the Creative Director. All other members of the creative team will report directly to the Creative Director.
